As the Program Manager for two of Centerfirst’s longest running Customer Experience focused programs, Trisha is responsible for all client-facing faculties as well as oversight and training to a team of quality monitoring specialists with special attention to customer interactions. She truly represents the Centerfirst tagline, “Every Contact Matters”, through her effective communication and strong relationships with our clients and contact center partners.
Trisha carries over 13 years of experience as a registered nurse with 11 of those years in Neonatal Intensive Care and 2 years in case management. Trisha earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ball State University.
In her free time, you can find Trisha cheering on her two daughters at basketball games and cross country meets, as well as going for long walks with her husband and yellow lab.
