Jessica is the Director of Operations, supervising the business operations and operations management teams at Centerfirst. Jessica carries over 15 years of experience planning, developing, and implementing contact center solutions for pharmaceutical companies across multiple therapeutic areas. She has also held leadership positions overseeing contact center operations, client operations, and customer experience solutions.
This depth of experience prepared Jessica this leadership role where she is responsible for organization and growth across all aspects of the company, primarily through management of monitoring and quality assurance operations.
Jessica spends the majority of her time with her husband and three young children, but also enjoys wine nights with girlfriends, chili on football Sunday, and Pure Barre classes every morning. Jessica earned her Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN.
