Chris Weber

Chris joined us in the Fall of 2021 as our Sr. Director of Technology Solutions. Most recently he spent over 20 years at a student loan servicing company, in several different roles from contact center telephony and IT integrations, systems architecture for new business solutions, and most recently as the principal architect for an enterprise-wide AI Center of Excellence utilizing natural language processing models.

Chris’s expertise with contact center technology and machine learning solutions provides strategic support in our selection and development of the right technologies to ensure we continue to provide high-value insights and guidance to our clients.

Chris and his wife have been married for 31 years, and they have four children together. His hobbies include doing projects around the house, and scuba diving whenever he gets the chance. Chris hopes to eventually scuba dive in the reefs off of Australia, or somewhere in the Mediterranean Sea where the waters are crystal clear.
