Clinical Quality Monitoring Specialist
PURPOSE: The responsibility of the Clinical Quality Monitoring Specialist is to serve as a member of the Centerfirst Quality & Compliance monitoring team. The purpose of this position is to provide Centerfirst clients with independent and relevant feedback on quality and compliance performance, as well as clinical subject matter of their contact centers and/or case record systems.
