Pete Guillot

Pete started Centerfirst in 2004 with the mission of providing deep expertise to help global pharmaceutical leaders maximize the value and ensure the compliance of customer interactions. Pete has more than 25 years of business experience with 21 years in the pharmaceutical industry.  Before starting Centerfirst, Pete spent 8 years with Lilly in sales and marketing, and 3 years as senior director of the Lilly Answers Center.

Pete has led several successful consulting engagements at top-tier pharma, medical device, and service organizations. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and has certifications in public accounting, internal auditing, and regulatory affairs.

Pete has enjoyed being active in his local church community. For several years, Pete has volunteered to look after the 18-24 month-old toddlers during church service so that parents can get a short break and attend service.

Ken Davies MBA

Ken is the Vice President of Customer Analytics and Compliance. He has more than a decade of compliance, business analytics, and regulatory affairs experience within the health care industry, including both managed care and as a member of a clinical research project for a medical device company. He has successfully led companies through external governmental inspections and audit readiness implementations.

As the Vice President of Customer Analytics and Compliance, Ken serves on the company leadership team to promote internal vision, culture, and strategy. He creates value for our clients by utilizing monitoring data to create meaningful analyses and recommendations relevant to Centerfirst’s clients.

Ken earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and a graduate certificate in Health Services Management from Indiana University. He has also earned his MBA from Ball State University. Ken enjoys chasing his children around and trying to teach them how to throw a frisbee.

Wendy Evans

As Centerfirst’s Vice President of Client Services, Wendy provides leadership to the Program Management and Client Operations teams. When she joined Centerfirst in 2015, Wendy brought with her over a decade of experience in leadership positions within regulatory environments in the biopharmaceutical industry.

Wendy converts her experience and expertise into value for Centerfirst’s clients through a constant effort toward process improvement and program innovation. Wendy’s supervision has seen the growth of many successful programs and she continues to impress our clients with her dedication to delivering on Centerfirst’s promise of being the trusted expert in the biopharmaceutical call monitoring field.

Wendy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Park University. She is also a Six Sigma Green Belt, a Certified Manager from the Institute of Certified Professional Managers, and is in the final stages of the Executive Leadership Program through Cornell University. While she hasn’t yet received a recognized certification to add to her list, Wendy is also a self-proclaimed craft beer connoisseur.

Wendy McGrath

Wendy is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Centerfirst. She holds two decades of experience in the bio-pharmaceutical field, having led operational, sales, and marketing teams Wendy is responsible for leading all sales and marketing efforts at Centerfirst, and has proven herself adept at leading teams and fostering strong client relationships. As a member of Centerfirst’s leadership team, Wendy will also be instrumental in the development of Centerfirst’s culture, strategy, and vision.

Wendy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Purdue University. Wendy is a member of the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and devotes much of her free time to her two sons. Wendy also participates annually in a community-focused Random Acts of Kindness Day, which provides help to those who need it, joy to those least expecting it, and encouragement for others to pay it forward.

Jessica Rhodes

Jessica is the Director of Operations, supervising the business operations and operations management teams at Centerfirst. Jessica carries over 15 years of experience planning, developing, and implementing contact center solutions for pharmaceutical companies across multiple therapeutic areas. She has also held leadership positions overseeing contact center operations, client operations, and customer experience solutions.

This depth of experience prepared Jessica this leadership role where she is responsible for organization and growth across all aspects of the company, primarily through management of monitoring and quality assurance operations.

Jessica spends the majority of her time with her husband and three young children, but also enjoys wine nights with girlfriends, chili on football Sunday, and Pure Barre classes every morning. Jessica earned her Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN.

Hunter Heniser MHA

Hunter is the Director of Program Management at Centerfirst and has most recently served as a project manager for a multi-brand call center migration project. Prior to joining Centerfirst, Hunter served a provider-owned health plan and was responsible for data analytics and management, patient engagement, risk stratification, and regulatory compliance.

Hunter’s role as a Senior Program Manager combines his deep analytical abilities with his passion for delivering meaningful information that our clients can utilize to make informed business decisions.

Hunter received his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Miami and while there, served as a research intern for the Diabetes Research Institute. Hunter received his Masters in Health Administration from Indiana University. Outside of the office, Hunter is the go-to guy for a beer recommendation and will keep you from embarrassing yourself at happy hour.

Allie Strauss

Allie serves as Centerfirst’s Director of Customer Analytics, and she oversees the Data Analytics team, as well as the IT department. Prior to joining Centerfirst in 2014, Allie served a provider-owned health plan organization and was responsible for data analytics and validation for Federal, State, and commercial programs.

At Centerfirst, Allie and her team make up the backbone of the business. Allie uses her comprehensive knowledge of data analytics sourced from call monitoring data in order to provide valuable insights and trends to our clients.

Allie received her bachelor’s degree in Information Process Management through the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and while there, interned at the Indiana Department of Insurance in the Complaints and Medical Malpractice division. Allie enjoys spending Saturday mornings at yard sales and antique stores looking for unique items to add to her collection.

Rebecca Cutler

Rebecca is Centerfirst’s Senior Operations Manager. Prior to joining the Centerfirst team, Rebecca had 8 years of experience in the health care industry, serving as a patient support call center representative. She has also held multiple leadership responsibilities related to managing call center operations.

At Centerfirst, Rebecca manages ongoing monitoring programs and internal quality assurance activities. She identifies opportunities to improve operational and development efficiencies within our own business and builds up those areas in order to provide better services to our clients.

Rebecca earned her BA from Purdue University with a special focus in health and fitness. Rebecca loves taking vacations to the ski slopes. She feels most at home with sparkling white snow on the ground and ski poles in her hands.

Kathy Pickering BSN, RN

Kathy is the Training and Quality Manager at Centerfirst, and has been with Centerfirst almost since its inception. Kathy was an integral part of building Centerfirst into its current form, and she continues to put forth the same work ethic and dedication even to this day.

Kathy has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare field and has worked in several roles across the regulated contact center industry. Centerfirst clients benefit from Kathy’s vast knowledge of regulatory requirements and customer service as well as hands-on experience as a call center agent and quality manager.

Kathy is a Registered Nurse and has a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing. She loves to go on factory tours whenever she is on vacation, and her favorites are those where any kind of food or drink is manufactured.

Laura Thompson BSN, RN

As Centerfirst’s Clinical Operations Supervisor, Laura oversees the Clinical Quality Monitoring team and serves as Centerfirst’s resident Adverse Event expert. Laura is uniquely qualified for this role, having spent a year working as a member of the Clinical Quality Monitoring team and transitioning into a leadership role.

Laura carries over 7 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in varied healthcare environments. Prior to joining Centerfirst, Laura held RN positions at hospitals and medical offices in and around Indianapolis, where she gained invaluable experience interacting with both patients and her healthcare professional colleagues.

Laura earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Indiana University-Purdue University-Indianapolis and has an active Registered Nurse’s license from the State of Indiana. Laura has also recently begun a yoga teacher training program. Upon gaining her certification, she hopes to bring yoga to people who would benefit the most from its practice and are also least likely to have access to it (i.e. homeless, victims of violence, those living in poverty).

Susannah Sahoo

Susannah joined the Centerfirst team as a Quality Monitoring Specialist in 2014. Applying her knowledge and experience of interpersonal dynamics, communication, and interaction, her expertise led her to assume a Program Manager position. As the Program Manager for one of Centerfirst’s largest programs, she has proven to be an efficient and effective leader.

Susannah creates value for Centerfirst’s clients by constantly striving for process improvement and by delivering actionable insights to clients through close association with the Customer Analytics team.

Susannah earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Child Life at the School of Social Work at the University of Pittsburgh. Susannah is also a long-time yoga practitioner. As a certified yoga instructor, Susannah continues to build on her 15 years of experience and enjoys sharing her passion with others.

Erin Rodenbeck

Erin started her career at Centerfirst as a Monitoring Specialist and Subject Matter Expert for an ophthalmology product Case Management team, roles which have helped her transition into the Program Manager position. Erin holds over a decade of healthcare industry experience in marketing, patient services, case management, and insurance processes.

As a Program Manager, Erin is responsible for growing customer accounts while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. She is also responsible for all client-facing duties for several of Centerfirst’s large programs, reporting on quality monitoring and communicating data-driven insights.

Erin received her Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Nursing from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana. Erin’s house is currently being remodeled and while she is very excited about the finished product, there’s no end in sight… She works out to relieve the stress from the renovations.

Shannon Catron

As a Program Manager at Centerfirst, Shannon leverages her years of client operations and quality assurance experience every day. She is on the front line of client communications, developing productive relationships and delivering a high level of satisfaction while constantly striving to improve the Centerfirst process.

Shannon earned her Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in Bloomington, IN. Since moving to Indianapolis she has taken part in multiple community engagement and volunteer projects at Riley Hospital for Children, the Ronald McDonald House, and other local charitable organizations. She also grows and sells flowers at her local farmer’s market every weekend.

Kelly Collier

As a Program Manager at Centerfirst, Kelly is responsible for the internal processes and client-facing duties for Centerfirst’s largest quality monitoring program. Before joining the Centerfirst team, Kelly spent over a decade in account management and leadership roles in the biopharmaceutical industry, where she worked with top biopharmaceutical clients on Clinical Nurse Educator support programs.

Kelly now utilizes her passion for customer service and strategic account planning in her role as a Program Manager, constantly pushing the program forward and always striving for process improvement.

Kelly earned her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from DePauw University. Passionate about outdoor adventure, Kelly counts wake surfing and skiing among her favorite activities.

Adam Salinas

Adam holds a multi-faceted and unique role at Centerfirst, handling data analyst, business operations, monitoring, and program management duties. Adam started part-time in a Spanish speaking monitoring specialist role but has since added more responsibilities to his workload. While remaining Centerfirst’s resident Spanish-speaking specialist, Adam now focuses most of his efforts into handling reporting and client facing duties for some of Centerfirst’s largest programs.

Adam earned his Bachelor’s degree in Biology and also holds an MBA with a concentration in Health Care Management. Since moving to Colorado, Adam and his family spend much of their free time outdoors, often camping or hiking in their state’s beautiful parks.

Jenny Greenwald

Jenny is the Business Operations Analyst at Centerfirst, and previously served the company as a Senior Monitoring Specialist. Jenny carries with her over a decade of experience in the healthcare industry.

As the Business Operations Analyst, Jenny helps to enforce contractual obligations and departmental standards. Jenny gained a deep understanding of Centerfirst’s business on a fundamental level during her tenure as a Senior Monitoring Specialist. Now she provides our team and our clients with program and business solutions based on her intimate knowledge of internal and external business processes.

Jenny earned her BS from Indiana University with a special focus in math and psychology. Ten months out of the year, Jenny travels with her family all around the United States going to soccer tournaments for her two children.

As Centerfirst’s Accounting Analyst, Catherine manages Centerfirst’s accounting function, including critical budget and fiscal analyses that help to drive the decisions of Centerfirst’s Leadership Team.

Catherine earned her Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Operations Management from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and is in the final stages of earning her Indiana CPA license. Catherine enjoys spending her weekends at the movie theater catching the latest Leonardo DiCaprio or Chris Pratt film.
