Pete Guillot

Pete started Centerfirst in 2004 with the mission of providing deep expertise to help global pharmaceutical leaders maximize the value and ensure the compliance of customer interactions. Pete has more than 25 years of business experience with 21 years in the pharmaceutical industry.  Before starting Centerfirst, Pete spent 8 years with Lilly in sales and marketing, and 3 years as senior director of the Lilly Answers Center.

Pete has led several successful consulting engagements at top-tier pharma, medical device, and service organizations. He holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin and has certifications in public accounting, internal auditing, and regulatory affairs.

Ken Davies MBA

Ken has more than a decade of compliance, business analytics, and regulatory affairs experience within the health care industry, including both managed care and as a member of a clinical research project for a medical device company.   He has successfully led companies through external governmental inspections and audit readiness implementations.  Ken has extensive analytical and reporting experience and utilizes data to create meaningful analyses and recommendations relevant to the business.  

Ken earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Health and a graduate certificate in Health Services Management from Indiana University.  He has also earned his MBA from Ball State University.

Wendy has over 15 years of experience in research and development, vendor oversight, and account and operations management in the pharmaceutical industry. She has extensive experience in highly regulated environments within a fortune 500 Pharmaceutical company and Contract Research Organizations. Wendy is able to utilize her past pharma experience to help our clients develop quality monitoring programs that provide valuable contact center oversight and deliver high level, actionable insights.

Wendy earned her Bachelor’s degree in Social Psychology from Park University. She is also a Six Sigma Green Belt and Certified Manager.

Hunter Heniser MHA

Hunter’s role as Senior Account Manager combines his deep analytical abilities with his passion for delivering meaningful information that our clients can utilize to make informed business decisions.  Hunter has most recently served Centerfirst as a project manager for a multi-brand call center migration project.

Prior to joining Centerfirst, Hunter served a provider-owned health plan and was responsible for data analytics and management, patient engagement, risk stratification, and regulatory compliance.

Hunter received his bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from the University of Miami and while there, served as a research intern for the Diabetes Research Institute.  Hunter received his Masters in Health Administration from Indiana University.

Rebecca Cutler

Rebecca has 8 years of experience in the health care industry, most recently in the patient support call center setting. Rebecca has served as a patient support call center representative, and has held multiple leadership responsibilities related to managing call center operations.  At Centerfirst, Rebecca manages ongoing monitoring programs and internal quality assurance activities through her role as a Senior Account Manager and Operations Manager. Rebecca earned her BA from Purdue University with a special focus in health and fitness.

Kathy is a registered nurse and holds a BS in Nursing. She has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare field. For the last 10 years, Kathy has worked in several roles across the regulated contact center industry. Centerfirst clients benefit from Kathy’s vast knowledge of regulatory requirements and customer service as well as hands-on experience as a call center agent and quality manager.

Erin Rodenbeck

Erin started her career at Centerfirst as a Monitoring Specialist and Subject Matter Expert which have both helped her transition into the Account Manager role.

Erin brings a wealth of experience in marketing, patient services, case management and insurance processes which makes her a great fit for an Account Manager here at Centerfirst.

Erin received her bachelor’s degree with a Concentration in Nursing from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.

Toni Watson
Close

Toni joined Centerfirst in June 2015 as a monitoring specialist; she held the same role in 2013 on a contract basis. Toni is highly skilled in analyzing and improving processes which she practices daily as a Team Supervisor. Her passion for training, organization and process improvement extends to the non-profit industry where she serves in volunteer administration.

Prior to joining Centerfirst Toni worked in population health management (PHM), including collaboration with ACO (Accountable Care Organization) leadership teams to design effective and efficient PHM programs to best meet their business needs. She developed product and program training that provided a foundation for the implementation of PHM programs.

Toni earned her Bachelor of Science in Public Health with a Health Administration Concentration from Indiana University and her Master of Arts in Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University.

Allie Strauss

Allie’s role as Manager of Customer Analytics and IT Support allows her to use her comprehensive knowledge of data analytics in order to provide insights and trends to clients.

Prior to joining Centerfirst, Allie served a provider-owned health plan and was responsible for data analytics and validation for Federal, State, and commercial programs.  She provided fiscal analyses which helped drive business strategies, and interfaced with State and Federal associates in order to support the program contracts.

Allie received her bachelor’s degree in Information Process Management through the Kelley School of Business from Indiana University and while there, interned at the Indiana Department of Insurance in the Complaints and Medical Malpractice division.
